1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges for the following:

• Wrong size, color, or design choice by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help. Armadore will replace or refund items with:

• Manufacturing errors (such as print quality issues)
• Visible damage upon arrival

To Request a Replacement or Refund:

• Contact us at care@armadore.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos clearly showing the defect or damage.

Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If approved, we’ll arrange for a reprint of the product or issue a refund as per your preference.

3. Order Cancellations

As our items are made-to-order, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at care@armadore.com immediately if you need to cancel.
